Effective October 4, 2026. This notice covers kit quote requests, What’s Your GOOOL? personal stories and Share Your GOOOLS! video submissions on this site.
What we collect
We collect the details you enter, your goal statement and explanation, the artwork or videos you upload, your selected credit and tagging preferences, and a record of the permissions you accept. Your email is private. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or information unrelated to your request.
Why we use it
We use kit requests to review artwork, prepare quotes and proofs, and contact you about your team’s order. We use story and video submissions to review content, verify permissions, contact you about a potential feature and, when authorized under the participation agreement, publish selected content and credits. Submitting alone does not subscribe you to marketing. On the story form, the separate optional brand-email checkbox records your choice to receive updates. You can withdraw that choice by emailing hello@goool.shop or using an unsubscribe option in a marketing email.
Storage and access
Submission records and files are stored through the site’s hosting services, OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. Access to the admin dashboard and original uploads is restricted to the authorized site owner. Service providers process data to operate and secure the service. If a kit proceeds to production, necessary artwork and order details may be shared with the production provider.
Retention and requests
We keep completed submissions while reviewing or fulfilling the request, while authorized content is being used, or as reasonably needed for business records, rights verification and disputes. Unfinished uploads expire after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent intake or admin activity. To request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, email hello@goool.shop from your submission address and include its reference number. We may need to verify your request. Limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations or disputes.
Videos, credits and other people
Original uploads are private until reviewed. Selected video content and public credits may appear on our website or social accounts under the participation agreement. On the match-video form, only handles whose tagging boxes you select are authorized for tagging. On the personal-story form, providing the optional handle authorizes credit and tagging for that story, as explained beside the field; leaving it blank requests no Instagram tag. Email addresses are not public credits. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit someone else’s footage or likeness.
Adults submit
Story and video submissions are for people 18 or older. An authorized adult must obtain any required parent or guardian permissions for minors shown in footage. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information without authorization.
Security and technical records
We use access restrictions and secured network connections. Hosting providers may process technical logs needed to run and protect the site. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.
