Read these terms before submitting. The final submission action records your acceptance of this version and sends your clips for review. Previewing the form or opening this agreement alone does not submit content. Keep a copy for your records.
1. Parties and acceptance
This agreement is between GOOOL Athletics LLC (the Company) and the adult identified as the submitter (you). You accept the displayed version by checking the agreement box and completing the final Submit action for your selected goal, highlight or save. Browsing, opening the agreement or previewing a submission alone is not acceptance. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to agree. If acting for another person or organization, you must have authority to grant the permissions described here.
2. Your content and ownership
Submission means the video clips, audio, accompanying text and selected names, credits and account handles you provide. You retain ownership of your Submission. Sending a clip does not transfer its copyright to the Company. You must own the Submission or have permission from each relevant rights holder to grant this license.
3. Limited permission to use the Submission
Subject to these terms, you grant the Company a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, review, reproduce, edit, format, caption, display and distribute the Submission as part of Share Your GOOOLS!, its goal and highlight compilations, and organic promotion of that series on the Company’s website and social accounts. The Company may permit its production and hosting providers to carry out these uses on its behalf, but may not sell the Submission as standalone footage. Platform licenses necessarily involved in an authorized social post are included. Paid or boosted advertisements, unrelated campaigns and merchandise use require separate permission.
4. People shown and permission to identify them
You authorize use of your submitted name, likeness, image, voice and selected account handle solely for the uses above. You may grant permission for someone else only to the extent you are legally authorized to do so. You confirm that you have obtained the necessary written permissions from identifiable featured people and, where required, a minor’s parent or legal guardian. Being a friend, coach or camera operator does not by itself establish that authority. The Company may request the original releases or direct confirmation and may withhold publication until satisfied. Do not submit a clip to mock a person who has not agreed to participate.
5. Footage, music and program rights
You confirm that the Submission does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights. This includes permissions required for music, broadcast footage, league or venue restrictions and third-party recordings. A public social post is not automatically licensed for reuse. A team credit or tag does not imply the team or college endorses the Company. You must not suggest an affiliation or sponsorship that does not exist.
6. Editing, credit and tags
The Company may trim clips, adjust framing or sound, add captions and brand identification, and include the Submission in compilations. Edits must not materially misrepresent the event or the people shown. If featured, the Company will use the submitter, player and club or program credits and tags you selected, subject to platform capability and account availability. Unselected handles will not be tagged. You authorize only the tags you select and must have permission to request another person’s tag. Report a credit error to hello@goool.shop.
7. Selection and compensation
Submitting is voluntary, with no purchase required. The Company may review, decline, delay or remove any Submission. No feature, ranking, audience size, payment, prize, sponsorship, recruitment opportunity or other outcome is promised. These terms do not establish a contest. A future contest or paid collaboration would need its own terms.
8. Duration and withdrawal
The license begins upon your valid submission and acceptance and continues until withdrawn as described here. You may request withdrawal by emailing hello@goool.shop from the submission address and identifying the clip. After receiving and verifying the request, the Company will stop new uses and remove the Submission from channels it controls within 30 days. Withdrawal does not make previously authorized uses unlawful. The Company cannot guarantee removal of independent third-party shares or caches; it may retain restricted records reasonably needed for legal obligations or disputes.
9. Contact details and privacy
Your email is used to administer the Submission, resolve rights questions and notify you about a feature. It is not a public credit and does not enroll you in marketing. Only selected public credits and authorized material may accompany a feature. The submission privacy notice explains storage, service providers, retention and requests to access or delete your details. It is available at intake-privacy.html and is not replaced by this agreement.
10. Electronic agreement and records
You agree to use electronic records for this submission. The Company stores the accepted terms version and acceptance time with your submission. You can download a copy of the terms or request your record by emailing hello@goool.shop. Opening or downloading the terms alone does not signify acceptance.
11. Governing law and limited scope
This agreement is governed by Rhode Island law to the extent applicable, without displacing mandatory protections under other applicable law. Nothing here grants rights you do not own, releases unlawful conduct or waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Changes expanding an accepted license require a new agreement; a later website edit alone does not expand the original permission. Questions and withdrawal requests: hello@goool.shop.
